Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll process your refund.
Refunds are typically completed within 14 days of the item arriving at our facility.

How Will the Refund Be Issued?

Refunds are sent to the same payment method you used — whether that’s a credit card, PayPal, or another method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for your bank or payment provider to reflect the funds.

Are There Any Deductions?

Please note:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• If the return is not due to an error on our part, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
