At Easyfoldable, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, don’t worry — returning or exchanging is simple and straightforward. Follow the steps below, and we’ll make it right together.

Which Items Can Be Returned?

We gladly accept returns on most items as long as they meet the following:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • All original tags and labels are still attached.
  • Items are sent in their original packaging.
  • You provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or confirmation email.

Items that don’t meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Window

You can return an item within 30 days of receiving it. Returns after 30 days cannot be guaranteed, but feel free to contact us for special situations.

How to Request a Return

Email us at support@easyfoldable.com with:

  • Your order number and full name
  • A brief reason for the return
  • Proof of purchase
  • A photo or video of the product (especially useful for damaged or incorrect items)

We will review your request within 72 hours and guide you on the next steps.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If you received a wrong, damaged, or defective item, we cover return shipping.
  • For other returns (e.g., changed mind, wrong size), you are responsible for shipping.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Exchanges

We gladly exchange items that:

  • Arrive damaged or defective
  • Are the wrong size or incorrect item
  • Have manufacturing defects

To exchange, email support@easyfoldable.com with a short explanation and relevant photos — we handle the rest.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing usually takes 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Important Notes

  • Unapproved returns may be delayed or denied.
  • Items must meet the eligibility criteria to receive a refund or exchange.
  • Final Sale items, Custom Orders, and Gift Cards cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect.
  • Returns in used condition, or without original packaging/tags, may incur a restocking fee or be denied.
