Welcome to Easyfoldable. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “customer”) and Easyfoldable. By visiting easyfoldable.com, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility & Website Use

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Website.
You agree to use the Website lawfully and in a way that does not violate applicable laws, infringe on others’ rights, or disrupt Website operations.
Prohibited activities include attempting unauthorized access, distributing malware, committing fraud, or interfering with site functions.

2. Account Responsibilities

If you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
Prices may change without notice but will not affect confirmed orders.
We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or pricing errors.
Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party providers. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Handling Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
Transit Time: Most orders are delivered within 2–4 business days via UPS or FedEx Ground.
Shipping Coverage: We currently ship within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.
Delivery Risk: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, risk of loss transfers to you.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date to file a claim.
If your order arrives damaged, email photos within 72 hours of delivery to request a replacement or refund.
We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Return Window: Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item.
Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days, with your bank possibly taking an additional 3–5 business days.
Exchanges: We offer exchanges only for defective products, incorrect items, or manufacturer errors. For different sizes or styles, please place a new order.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs, is owned by Easyfoldable or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or freedom from harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easyfoldable will not be liable for:

• Losses caused by carrier delays, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control

Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the order in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Easyfoldable, its employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of California.
Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in California, unless prohibited by law.
